I'm trying to get a refund since I misunderstood the ticket system. Support page seems to be broken when I'm signed in with an error message, and when I'm signed out since the captcha is broken. How can I contact customer support???

You can check your subscription information by clicking on the expiration date of your membership at Pornbox.com in the dropdown menu. Top right corner when you click on your username. It is possible to cancel your recurring there as well.

Not sure if anyone else is still having an issue but in case it's helpful I just checked and the Support page seems to be working OK for me.

Still BAD, I can not login. "api error". What is happening. Captcha is bad as well, unable to reset password or contact tech support. Please fix NOW!!!!

Have you tried from a different browser or different internet access point?

You can try clearing cookies in your browser, that might help the issue. There are no restrictions on your account, you should be able to login.

Recurring cancelled and account has been also cancelled. Did I understand correctly that is what you wanted?
