Try opening in an incognito tab, or try clearing the browser cache/resetting it.

Have you tried different browsers? A while ago I was having issues logging in using incognito mode in Chrome and I switched to just using the regular mode in Edge and not logging out and have had no problems. I'm not tried Chrome again since to see if it now works better or not.

Please use the following site to recover your password : https://pornbox.com/reset-password

You should receive a password reset email, please check the spam folder as well. Then open it and reset your password.
For this to work, you need to be fully log out first. I recommend using a private tab in your browser to send the email and open it as well.
