Cant post any images, urls

Hello, I am new on forum and I want asking you when I will be allowed to post an aimages in my posts? because I want write some post with suggest to new scenes, but I cant allowed any images which is frustrated (I always have info about not allowed or I am not frequently member), any one on help me or unblock to me?
