How do you guys change credit cards?

Postby Starrio » Wed Feb 17, 2021 11:27 am

I tried the GTFCharge website, but it tells me that the only way to do it is to buy buying something with the new card.

However when I try to reload tickets it doesn't give me the option to add a new card, it automatically uses the other one I already use.

I did it once, but I don't remember how I did it. Any ideas?

Well, there are no private messaging, so I just ask here, maybe someone knows, maybe it is faster that way than waiting 3 days for an e-mail response. But maybe no one knows, it is just worth the try.

Hi,

with your next purchase, you will be asked to add a new card.

Then you can switch your recurring card on gtfcharge.com

When in doubt, support form is the best way of contacting us about these issues as we can speak freely without others seeing your details.

It didn't work. I hit reloading, and it didn't ask me anything, it just charged my older card. It's fine, but I wanted to use my new one.

I left a couple of messages since last night using that form, but no answers yet.

I also wanted to exchange the Sweetie Plum video for the wet version because it is totally unfair that the wet version was only posted after I already bought the dry version.

If I knew the wet version was coming I would've got that instead, so I feel is fair you guys give me an exchange.

OK so I finally got an answer on the second message.

For people wanting to use support it is important to know that you don't get a notification when they answer your question.

You have to link your account to a website called Zendesk by resetting your password on that website which uses the same username you initially used here.

The way you do this is by using the link to the conversation the automated e-mail they send you when you ask for support gives you.

Once you hit that link and your password is working, you can click the link again from the automated e-mail they send you when you opened a ticket.

If they answered, you will see the answer there on that site.

There is no way to know when they answered because it doesn't notify you, so you have to keep checking that link from that automated e-mail with the ticket you opened.

That's how I knew I got an answer to my second message. I did not get an answer on the first, so that's why it is better to just stay with one ticket, so you don't get confused.

What I should have done is that instead of making a new ticket, I should have send another message using my first ticket, but I didn't do it because I didn't know the communication was done on a separate website.

I thought it was going to be done through e-mail.

I hope that helps costumers trying to use the support feature.

When there is a reply, you receive it to your email I am pretty sure. All you need to do is check your mail.

Actually yeah, let me correct that part, I did receive a notification for the second response, and probably I just didn't see the notification on the first response, so it does tell you.

I think the reason why I probably missed it is because on the first ticket there was no response, so I probably overlooked that there was a notification on the second ticket when I got the response.

About the password and using the external site, that part is still accurate to what I said.

He was able to solve the problem regarding the scenes, so thanks for that.

In terms of the credit card thing I can let you know next time I try to reload the tickets. Maybe it will work next time.
