Lost transaction and shopping

Hello.
About two weeks ago I upcharged my account with new tickets, and bought movie GG257. I remember having to charge it was a bit frustrating, as I was only 0.5 ticket missing to buy. So I charged, and got just this one movie, leaving about 9.5 on accout. Then I downloaded the movie.

I log today, trying download this movie again, and I see - movie is not paid, and once again I ave 1 ticket!

Where is my last pay, and bought movie?
