Naturals always beetter for me.
In the second case it depends, some fake tits are really good. Some are unwatchable and even untouchable, I know...
With natural never be wrong. At least for me.

Fake lips, not a problem, if in the limit of a decency...

For me, I'll always prefer natural pretty much whatever the size or shape.

If she has implants at all, I prefer smaller natural looking saline/soft implants.

Natural. I don't know why anyone who actually likes women would prefer fake, to be honest.

Nothing wrong with fake tits if they're done right - which they hardly ever are. However the physiology of some women can mean they will never look good no matter how much is spent on them, that's just their bad luck.

Fake pumped-up lips, ugh, it's not so much that they look bad - though they usually do - but that it's so ubiquitous now.

What I hate most of all though are nose jobs! I happen to like noses with a bit of character, a bump here and there doesn't bother me, but it seems there are young women queueing up to have those terrible ski jump shaped noses, so that EVERYONE LOOKS EXACTLY THE SAME! In fact that my main objection to plastic surgery is that it's about making sure women (and men) all conform to certain (current) ideas of what constitutes 'beauty' and that, basically, all women must look like a Kardashian. Which reminds me, butt implants are probably the stupidest development of all.

The on-ging question again and again most users will vote natural and still higher percentage of girls than natural lovers will alter their body.

I always said saggy tits need to be fixed, but by a good surgeon.
And for me sure no nose, no lips etc.

But now after watching Aletta Black I'd reduce my wishes just to this: Get what you need girls to feel better, but please please care for your enhancements regularly afterwards!
