Just a reminder - you can cancel yourself. Just by clicking on the date of the membership expiry in the member's area.

After reading this thread I now know where to go to cancel however I don't think it is made very clear on your site which is the cause of all these posts.

Also, I've contacted support as I was charged for another month after only 29 days. Can this please be rectified and refunded asap? My recurring should also be turned off now which I think I have already done but please confirm for me. Thank you.
