Are there more people with foot fetish or more who like such ugly shoes?

Personally I'd rather see a sexy pair of shoes than most women's feet, and high heels also really accentuate the look of a woman's legs (which I'm a HUGE fan of).

I'm not keen on large/chunky high heeled shoes though.

Shoes don't have to cover the whole foot of course so there is plenty of middle ground here, plus in most scenes the shoes come off part way through anyway (although I'd generally prefer it if they didn't).
