Audio/video issue for Triple Stacked scene #2062

The sound goes out at the 17:29 mark and then returns at around 22:10 but is completely out of sync for the rest of the video. The actual scene should end at 50:16 but the audio keeps playing after that until the end of the video.

I get the feeling, if your issues are related to logging on from other IP addresses (via your phone or other addresses) you might be shit out of luck. Like I said to the top poster in this thread, when I subbed to 21Sextury I gave up trying to access via my tethered phone because every single time i did it caused me account issues and enforced password resets.

dude,its not like that,no phone login or other IP,i have just the 1 and same IP,and nothing works in moment,to me that is fraud in a high level,not to be able to see
my already bought scenes,and support are not,as i see it,very willing to do anything about it.u can call me allways negative,but i feel i have something to have it in.like
i say before,content is for sure good here,but its just a pain in the ass over and over again contacting support with this and that error that pops up.i have had no issues

Sorry you have so many issues. Maybe it is some light at the end of the tunnel but the system has consistently worked fine for me (other than two times when i couldnt download and a quick pm to support was required for TimB to enable things again) and perhaps if you and Tim could work out what keeps causing your issues they may soon seem like dim and distant (bad) memories

seems something is wrong with encoders... so going to have to wait a bit. the editor reuploaded the scene again and its still bad sound so has to be with the encoding software...

Hmm, having encoded a few files of my own over the last few years (a couple of hundred or so) I can sympathise with such issues. Sometimes it seems a single edit can somehow confuse the software. What i have found, take this for what it is worth, is that in cases like this (where the video track edited without issues but the sound track went awry) sometimes encoding a sound only track, then muting everything within the project and importing the sound track you have just created seemed to solve the issue.

Edited just to say, that should have kept reading 'audio track'!

in Kreme scene 2086 there is also like 20mins of extra blackness at the end of the video. The scene seems to be full, but it is around 53min long, but the file is 1h 11min with the end being just black. Not a biggie, but makes the file bigger than necessary.

For those who have an editing software, there's a temporary solution. When the sound starts disappearing around 17:23:00, make a cut here, then desynchronyze video and sound, get rid of the 4 something minutes of silence and when the sound gets back, you can resynchronyze it with where you left the video. The 5 last minute of the scene will still be lacking sound (it goes silent when Christian Clay drop a load in Billie Star's ass) but if you couldn't wait like me, it does the trick.

Still unsolved. This video costs 2.5 tickets, and for what? The scene is completely worthless with it's flaws. If you can't manage to repair it that's fine, but at least give us the tickets back.

As of now it is still fucked for me. Must have downloaded this scene half a dozen times now. Along with the elephantine watermarks we were promised would be corrected and that I have been checking up on, quite a lot of wasted bandwidth has flowed under the bridge the last couple of months!

This is actually getting a bit pathetic. I have redownloaded scene 2062 a couple of minutes ago and the audio problem STILL exists. Hopefully PC_82 will post to inform us that the issue will be solved in the next day or so and this time next week I can be back pointing out that yet again nothing has happened!

no its been replaced 3 times. for me it plays fine online but could be something on downloads i will check again with them. its really annoying but no one can figure out why the export is perfect but the downloads suck. streaming there is no issues

AAC Sound Streams make sometimes Trouble.
Try VLC, or http://mpc-hc.org/ (open Source like VLC and has his own FFMPEG Codecs like VLC)

Kreme scene 2086 still has 20 minutes of blackness and a lower bit rate because of it. Does it really take this long to re encode?
