Model apllication for Gonzo.com

Maybe a stupid question but i wasn't able to find any information anywhere (or i didn't look in the right places), how is it possible to make an application for a female model for gonzo.com shoots. You are only hiring veteran models or are newcombers welcome (so first shoot ever)? Sorry one more time for the question, but hope to get an answer as an amateur that wants to get to porn.
