Unable to exchange tickets for a scene

I am attempting to purchase the scene SZ992 with my premium tickets but am unable to do so.
When i click the exchange button there is a spinning circle indicating that my request is being processed but nothing happens no matter how long i wait. I have tried in two different browsers but the problem remains.
