PLEASE INCREASE THE BITRATE OF 4K VIDEO TO ~30,000 KBIT/S

Why is the bitrate of a 4K video only ~16.0 mb/s??? Please return video the good 4K quality with a bitrate ~30.0 mb/s, as it was before. We want the highest quality video possible and we hope for early feedback!!!
