AGO Katy Rose scenes released on different days

I bought the original release of this scene on the day of release, without knowing that a longer wet version would be released a few days later.

Is it possible to have these scenes be linked so that the upgrade ticket charge applies instead of having to pay full price again?

I'm not asking for a refund.

Both versions of the scene are missing the "This scene has an alternate version:" tags, which is most likely due to being released on different days.

I am asking that this be fixed.

The geniuses at Sheer broke that system, but it is only broken for certain accounts. Angelo had it happen to this scene, and I had it happen to 5 of my scenes over the past few days. They don't release the dry and wet versions at the same time, and then they don't even link them as alternative versions when they were uploaded that way.

However if you look this is not happening for the majority of studios, so favoritism is definitely being shown. This is an impressive display of incompetence as the alternative scenes was functioning perfectly fine until they broke something.

I'd really rather not have to buy the wet version, then try and claim the dry version tickets back.

Well, the creator released it separately this time (whether by mistake or on purpose) - we basically cannot do anything about it, it's unfair, but legal, so we can recommend waiting a few more days to avoid a situation like that one in the future.
