Roxy was incredible, one of my all time favorites for sure. Her scenes with Rocco were so good. Also her scene in gangbang auditions 19 where she gets completely choked out. She was incredible. There are exceptions, but generally I think Lancelot holds a pretty good balance. Some girls ofc drop out because anal hardcore porn isnt their thing - or because Lancelot-Natasha have other income offers for them - but generally as a porn studio Lancelot Stylez is pretty effective in getting a visible progress in each girls anal capacity.

Lancelots 1on1 sales success does slow down that progress a bit, thats true. I'm a supporter of the GIO model of moveing to DAPbreakin' in 2nd or 3rd porn scene to check a rookies potential. Lancelot is often slower here and therefore loses some girls waiting for too long with really well-payed job offers. Thats frustrating for a porn user like me, but he's dictated by his 1on1 popularity, while GIO didnt build his studio on Dylans 1on1 popularity 2018-23. Difference with Lancelot is he is performer and director in one, therefore he is more concentrated on himself than just managing a studio like Giorgio Grandi did.

I think you’re right. Just to be clear, Lancelot is by far my favorite studio. I just can’t help thinking that a lot of these girls potential isn’t being fulfilled at all. I can’t remember too many scenes lately where the girl really had to work hard. With new girls I can understand that, it’s important not to make them quit before they’re broken in. But with seasoned professionals we shouldn’t be seeing that.
