Refund/Request help

Hi Admin,

Today I just made a mistake buying NRX-Studio membership, because I thought it would allow me to permanently have the scenes after the membership end. (I found out we are not able to keep if buying membership?)
I am wondering if it is possible to refund or exchange for TKT (I want to purchase TKT membership)?
I would prefer if can build my own permanent library at Pornbox. (I was wanting to buy Loren Strawberry, I would rather pay more to have her permanently added)

Would highly appreciate if can help, thanks!

(As you can see from my account I buy regularly and during previous refund I bought what I said I would buy afterwards)
