The platform has nothing to do with the management of the content. It’s up to the studio complying with the “rules” of the platform (basically with the rules of credit card processors). If a scene doesn’t comply, the scene can’t stay on the platform and it’s sent back to the studio to be completed with what’s missed.

You have to put yourself in the customer's shoes:

Everything that is available here is also available elsewhere on the Internet - at least temporarily - completely free of charge until the DMCA deletion (usually content in low-res such as 480p or 720p).

The customers here pay the abnormally high costs because they assume:

1) that they will get 1080p or 4K content here
2) that it is legal and verified
3) that it will be stored permanently (or at least for many years)
4) and that they have a high streaming bandwidth.

If the content that a loyal customer has bought here at great expense is simply deleted, how does this deletion differ from a DMCA deletion elsewhere?

The truth: here the customer loses his expensive money, elsewhere he only loses his free pirated copy, which is not really a loss.

So why should the customer still buy here if point 2 is questionable and point 3 is a farce anyway today?
