These 2 weeks are being a little bit crazy, each one is complaining in different threads.

I'm just to try to inform here of what have been explained about this issue.

AV is doing a massive review of the content and that content is not available during that review. Seems this will take a little bit of time.

I think the best course of action is to report the scenes that are missing like @misangrenegra2 has done and wait for them to handle the issue. I highly doubt this has been done intentionally to rip off customers.

That is sort of the point. The scenes are being reviewed, but there is no explanation what the review entails. I've had well over a hundred scenes removed and other users have had many more than this removed. A lot of the scenes that have gone from my library are 2 to 5+ years old, they have been viewed by countless people, purchased many times I expect and available in a thousand other places online if someone wanted to find them. What precisely needs to be reviewed on something that has been happily sitting there for maybe 2 or 3 years, seemingly in full accordance with applicable regulations and policies.

The only thing that occurs to me, in light of the cuts to some of the new scenes as soon as they are released is that there are new strictures in place leading to the need for a mass review. Before all of this I had nearly 7100 scenes and honestly have no idea what scenes have gone, or come back, all I can track is the total numbers. But anyone who does know what's gone and what's come back I would be interested to know if the scenes are the same, or if they have been edited as happened with some of the wonder toys scenes, which were quietly gutted into shadows of themselves without warning.

I'm completely agree that the users are complaining about this situation, is very reasonable, mainly as you said: Without any pre-explanation, a X number of scenes just dissapeared from our libraries, i've been "lucky" because the number have been quite low, even today i recovered 7 (i have gone some few more), but is quite understandable that if some user "lost" 300 scenes or more, he should be angry.

The site doesn't look "learn the lesson" after all the cases with a lot of missunderstandings during the years, i always ask for a better client support and better communication. A measure like this one should be pre informed to prevent what is happening these days.

We only can wait after read the 2 statements that i posted in a screenshoot.

I don't know about NTP, because for as long as I can remember they've been in the practice of uploading scenes and then taking them down again, but for the other scenes that keep disappearing from people's libraries, Giorgio said this in another thread:

Better download the video immediately after purchasing going forward. PB not reliable anymore. Also, cloud storage has it's own vulnerabilities and risks. Support, especially from @Kapwn (Petr) is great in this matter in refunding or adding restored scenes back to one's library. But this happens only if the member notices it and brings it to the support's notice

For sure, I always download every scene I buy for insurance against this happening. That said, this is still alarming as it means scenes are vanishing that I don't currently own, and maybe would have wanted to buy at some point in the future. Hopefully it's a technical glitch. Either that, or maybe they are pulling them to start re-releasing them again?

I don't know exactly what was legally questionable for certain. It is discussed a little more in these threads viewtopic.php?f=68&t=86286&p=1273868&hilit=twt#p1273868 and viewtopic.php?f=68&t=68244&p=1020188&hilit=twt#p1020188 there were more than 20 scenes that were cut. The linked thread had an answer from support that suggested that the reason for the cut was something to do with the use of the word h*rse in the title of the scenes (obvious what it is but don't know if its allowed on the forum) but that always seemed nonsensical as the name can be easily changed so maybe it was the use of the dildo itself. So all that was left was a few minutes of fisting with all of the dildo bits cut, so 15-20 minute scenes were cut to 5-8 minutes without warning.

In light of the Hayek scene cut, which granted is reasonably consistent with what has happened before, and the wonder toys cuts which as I say I still don't really understand the stated rationale for. I do wonder if the scenes that are returned are the 'same' as the ones that have gone, or if they have been edited in someway. It would be illuminating if anyone who knows what was taken and anything that has come back could clarify this.

Also FYI, scenes are still disappearing. I had thought over the last couple of days when a trickle came back and then yesterday when about 30 came back that a corner had been turned. But then another load went today, so it looks like the process is still a long way from finished.

For what is is worth even those with all of their scenes returned, would be wise to keep an eye out as I am still having scenes removed. After having a few returned I've 'lost' scenes on each of the last 3 days, so I'm guessing the process is still ongoing.

It seems this has been ongoing for, at least, all of the month. There really needs to be a clear communication and at least an idea of when this process is ending after this time, not of course that I'm expecting that to happen.

It does make me wonder in view of the likely significant loss of goodwill, which was already diminished by past events, they have carried out the process the way they have. Even a clear announcement at the start with a promise that all scenes will be returned in a timely manner and carrying it out, perhaps even with a token recognition of the inconvenience of perhaps 0.1 tickets per scene per day would have left most customers with a positive impression, instead of what they have now.

It all started 2,5 y ago when they suddenly deminished the TKT value by 35% without prior announcement. Than also later they came up with different confusing explanations.
Here so far I dont trust the explanations - and I have still lost at least 400 scenes, while I got back maybe 40.

Alleged scene review could be linked to bandwidth problems or overall storage cut, I could imagine. But anyway, worst is their lack of clear communication leading to lost consumer trust!

This is also a concern that I have had. With hundreds of scenes missing from some libraries it is hard to determine which scenes have gone and come back, let alone if they have been edited. Unless support will guarantee this or at least provide some kind of an answer all this is likely to do is add to an increasing feeling of unhappiness and discontent, if there is a suspicion of scenes being quietly edited.

The only short-term consequences I can see from the way this has been done are a fall in sales and an explosion in bandwidth usage as users try to download their (in some cases vast) libraries. Neither of these things seem to be desired consequences, but they seem fairly obvious possible outcomes from the way this has been done with no warning or communication. It does make me wonder why this would be done like this unless it was necessary and storage issues aside what could possibly be urgent about reviewing years old scenes.

Pretty much. Unfortunately, after seeing this happen quite a few times years ago - I was hoping they would do some type of transactional history (Price paid for scene with details (Name/Length/etc.)). The crazy thing is that you'll have to put effort to notice if something is missing in your library. If you do, support will work with you. Otherwise, they won't do anything unless you bring it up. Which means there is probably a good amount of users here that have had scenes removed and/or edited and not automatically reimbursed (Which their system should do anyways, but doesn't). Just check out the 'Support' forum, the frequency has increased on those issues.

In cases of reuploads, the only general way is to compare the two scenes runtime if you were able to see them both (Original and the reuploaded one - typically they should still be in your library, but as you can see they have been deleted at times too). Although, same runtime doesn't exactly mean same version either. Otherwise, you'll likely have to do a comparison between the new/reuploaded version here and the original version that may be on the tube/unauthorized sites.

Overall though, it does feel like they are having backend issues. At the same time, it does look like they are reviewing content for new compliance requirements (including previous released scenes from years ago).

Other weird stuff I've seen is releasing previously released content, but also adjusting the older scene price as a result to match the value it is today. I also don't know why a scene that was previously released needs to be considered a new release version with it's own identifier. Why not just put the previously older scene in rotation so it is shown on the homepage? Heck, could even have a marker on it designating it was released previously. Anyone who hasn't bought it already can have an opportunity to buy it, especially at the cheaper value it was when released previously.

Did you ever go over to the Support section? There are multiple threads of people who lost their GGG scenes that were refunded. If you haven't gotten a refund, you should post about your loss in that section. Here is one long term thread about the GGG fiasco:

On another topic, don't you store your bought scenes on external hard drives? If not, then you really should consider it. I get wanting to be able stream off of Pornbox, but not having your scenes on a hard drive seems foolhardy. You bought them, so store them offsite.

It looks from the Giorgio Grandi site as though there was a reload scene released on 31st August, reload dap and fist, mary jane, 2on1, bbc, anal fisting, dap, wrecked ass, squirt drink, creampie swallow, cum in mouth gl559m . I think I vaguely remember seeing it in the store the night it was released. But that has also disappeared as well, which makes even less sense as the original scene is still up.

If even brand new scenes are going now that just furthers the unease about what is happening and reinforces the impression that it is pointless buying content as by the following morning there is a good chance it will be gone, with no idea if or when it will come back.

With everything that has happened recently, and over the last few years, it seems that they are doing everything they can do to discourage their loyal customers from purchasing from them which seems a really odd way of doing business.

Both of those scenes are available again in the store. I don't remember the length on either scene when it was released so I can't say if any editing has happened.
