Unlock My Account?

I have sent a request to support but no response and no reply. error message indicates account is locked when i try to download but I can buy the videos but can't watch or download.

This is the Error message I am getting. Can this be fixed? Any solutions?

Well I sign up and pay and cannot download or watch any video. I send a ticket, no response so I post on the support forum no response. What happened to support from legalporno?

Still no response after 3 days of contacting this forum or the customer service?
