I'd rather wait for quality newbies like Mina and Kira to surface every once in a while, than have a whole procession of girls who are clearly being presented just because they're new and the studio has a quota to fill.

IMO real newbies should start with solo softcore sites and move on through vanilla sites as their confidence grows, and up their levels at their own pace if they want to. A site like LP should represent the pinnacle for the best girls, not necessarily the first port of call.
