Piss is easy, but how about cleaning up the puking scene?

Disinfectant and lots of it, at least you'd hope...

It's mainly water. They just put the carpet into the washing machine and rub the vinyl floor. You see it by the kind of carpets they use. Worse is when piss is soaked into sofas or mattresses, but normally it doenst get there. Same with p*ke and sperm btw.

The smell of the old piss is the worst thing Most studio employ people for the cleaning

Piss is actually quite sterile. Sperm, puke and scat are lot worse.
