I'm not against the idea because it can give you some idea of the personality of the girl, not necessarily in what they say but in how they react, but only if the girl wants to do it, I don't think you should compel them to do it. There are certain pitfalls to avoid, such as ensuring the ego of the interviewer doesn't lead them to become the "star" of the interview instead of the interviewee, and having girls who can't speak English being asked questions by an interviewer who can barely speak English (naming no names here). If an interview is faked, and it's usually pretty obvious when it is fake, it's completely worthless.

Dirty talk has to sound convincing or else it becomes annoying and distracting. I prefer if all of the performers have the same first language and are using that language, even when I can't understand what they're saying! It's difficult to make dirty talk in English convincing when the performers, both female and male, have varying degrees of competency in English. The worst thing ever, of course, is male performers who won't shut up, so that is something to be avoided at all costs!!!!

As for the interviews, if you're going to do them, put them in a separate BTS file, instead of putting them at the start of the scene. Most of the scenes already have too much filler material as it is.

These girls are not POETS, probably many are kinda dumb so do you REALLY want this??

Not sure anyone is expecting any of these girls to be geniuses ... or poets! Anyway, you can be 'dumb', to use your phrase, and still have a nice, attractive or interesting personality, none of which are guaranteed by intelligence by the way!

No one is asking for the girls to give a treatise on the similarities between Emile Zola and Charles Dickens (though that might be fun, if followed immediately by DP!).
What their fantasies are, what turns them on, what sexual experiences they've had.
And as said above, seeing their reactions to some questions is also fun.

But yes, 'staged' interviews and boring questions are a waste of time

Agree entirely to this, just makes it seem more realistic and human. You kind of get a flavour in some of the newbie scenes with Erik and Jana, in the dressing room,which I really like watching. Expanding on that could be an idea worth exploring imho x
