Been trying to locate the source of this for years I can't upload audio but the sample is from a song by the band Fornicator called Tortured Whore, the dialogue goes like this:

Person 1: What’s your name?
Person 2: Sandra.
Person 1: Sandra the whore... right?
Person 2: Right.
Person 1: Say Sandra the whore.
Person 2: Sandra the whore.
Person 1: There’s a good girl.
