What happened to all the Sara Bell scenes?

I remember she used to have a ton of scenes on here, but their's only a handful of them now.

Make sure your Pornbox isn't set to filter piss scenes. I just checked and if you set it to hide wet content, all of Sara Bell's alternate dry versions will be filtered out as well.
