This is my opinion so take it as it is. IMO women who are around 40 years old are too old for porn.
In a way, I think porn is like any sport, you can't really practice it professionally after certain age,
because you will not be competitive, someone youger would do better in your place.

With age you also get more and more responsibilities that soak up a lot your time, so you can't really do stuff that make you look good.

I really think a high end site like LP should focus on finding and developing new skilled talent.
