Given I needed a new car by 2025 and tried to decide what to buy, I'd currently opt for a Golf 8 or an Audi S3 maximum. Now if I'd wait a few more years instead of investing in an EU middle class status symbol, I could shoot around 8 DAP and 8 single anal scenes in 2024/5 instead.
Or I could buy another 4-7000 DAP scenes depending on price rises and production output, bit I'd have to stretch that until 2030 or so because DAP output is dwindling currently.

Anyway, ofc like every long standing porn fan I dream of my own production doing all exactly as I want it. So what to choose?
What would you opt for if you had that money?

Btw, 8 DAP + 8 single anal scenes are based on plus-minus Prague going rates.
Shootings could take place also in Budapest or any other EU town, also Riga or Tallinn for instance to grab some slightly cheaper Russian girls.
Shootings would include maximum 2 scenes with the same girl, usually a single anal warm-up and then a 3on1 DAP scene. If money is sufficient it would include wet and fisting.

Idea would be to start with a multiple-city studio not later than August 2024. And to end that project by Dec. 2025, plus eventually invest Pornbox earned money into more porn from 2026 onwards. Shooting would take place ideally every 2nd month within 3-4 days in a rented flat.
The later into 2025 - if money is running out - girls fees may have to be lower than the current Prague going rates, thus option Riga is rather for that period, just to secure a minimum of 8+8 anal/DAP scenes.

Do not buy a brand new car...buy a top quality, used car that is 4-5+ years old...with mileage around 40,000 to 75,000 miles done...

You can get it at 35-40% of its total original price...

If you live in an area that has decent online car auctions, try those out...and you can get an extra few percentage off...even with the costs of a bit of repair work factored in.

Wait 1-2 years more for used car prices to drop down.

I would use the money to buy more porn at LPAV.

It would be a dream to be a producer and be able to do my own scenes, I always had the idea that instead of doing many scenes it is ALWAYS better to produce a small quantity but of much higher quality, for example 2 scenes per month, because that in the medium or long term will surely make you recognized and also the scenes will remain in history.

On the other hand, I would always try to look for girls from amateur streaming sites, for example, Sofi Smile if I'm not mistaken came from those places and was one of the best LP models.

For example, there was a beautiful girl who streamed with the user (if I'm not mistaken) it was "Stervochka", it would be crazy to have girls like that for a DAP scenes, there would be no place in the world that could compete with that.

I think thats the big question in the long run when thinking of funding a porn studio, but having only limited financial resources like this 50000$.

You would need to work very hard, have lots of the right connections, and contacts, and some prior experiences.

Personally, I actually think an absolute minimum of 100,000 USD in easily accessible cash flow is better for your porn studio ambitions.

As I said, it is always better to do a few scenes that are excellent than many mediocre/average scenes, for example, if LP had made a big investment and brought Lana Rhoades in her prime to do a DAP scene, I would have spent a lot of money but That scene would have become known throughout the world and would probably have been the most famous scene on the page. In addition, by bringing someone well-known, you attract new clients who did not know the page, so the investment can be recovered from there, but that's just one way, the ideal is what I said, bringing the prettiest girls from the live broadcasts, there are many in the world, someone will always end up accessing it for a certain sum of money.

I do agree that 50000 is the absolute minimum, but OP idea is that car purchase based because this is about the money I have saved and could dispense of easily otherwise. I also think this is an option that might apply to some other porn fans dreaming of their own studio as well, i.e. you plan to buy something big you actually need in RL but you could postpone that and invest money in porn production instead.

I have to confess that I was close to vote for buy a few 1000 more DAPs for my porn collection instead.

Most important idea is of chimps who made me realize that I need to shoot more porn to give such an endeavor a chance also in business terms, just in order to re-finance year 2026/7 shootings ideally. Also chimpy is right about shooting a girl really known just to also acquire a certain notoriety. I dont think she has to be in the Lana Roades ligue, but a Kristy Black return or Eden Ivy DAPbreakin' should be possible to finance. Both wouldn't do it just at the Prague DAP going rate at this point in their career ofc. Eden would ask actually for more investment than Kristy I guess.

Anyway, I checked by finances beyond the Golf 8 or an Audi S3 plans and I'd be ready to grab another 15k$ to get to a more stable starting ground.
For this amount I'd try to shoot 24 scenes in next 12mt, 2 every month to be released, but saveing money with solo anal dildo and fisting scenes produced much cheaper than b/g. I'd opt now for 12 DAP scenes warmed-up by 4-6 single anal scenes and 6-8 solo anal workouts, both options just to professionally stretch out and prepare for DAP shot 2 days later.

So, voting from now, think you'd rather have 65000$ at disposal than 50000$ only. It's not much money still, Viper, I know, but not many civilians have 100k to spare you know.

3) And this is also very important: that it be in the classic style, like GONZO, the classic 3on1 or 4on1. Since if you do things like prolapses, vomiting and urinating, all that porn will be directed at niche porn, that is, you are losing clients because there are many people who don't like to see that. On the other hand, classic hardcore porn is made for general taste, which leads you to have a greater chance of having clients from all over the world.

I ask because you may overrate 2st time sex acts a bit. In EU sure DAPbreakin' is important, but 1st DP not so much. But I wouldn't shoot DPs anyway. Also age 18-21yo isnt that important anymore with MILF being most popular search option on adult websites. I do agree it's my ideal porn age also, but investing into porn I of course would do it my way, but would also have to take into account scouting/agency offers realities and the market as such.

Anyway, I think I'd try to go for 1-2 really big blast DAPbreakin's still available for pretty fair fees hopefully like the already mentioned Eden Ivy or Cherry Kiss for instance. And in-between shoot 10 DAP with no-big-risk girls available for a good fee basically. There might be 2-3 no name DAPbreakin's still, but rest would be non-first timers available at good rates, ideally self-bookers to cut on agency fees.
Idea is to play in the brutto shooting costs plus 30% of profit at minimum, while better would be to double investment into each anal and/or DAP scene ofc to fiance the 2026 anal/DAP shootings. But I realize that for a completely new studio on a very competitive market that might be difficult.

To give you an example I'd rather go for trending rookie girls who did their DAPbreakin' already with much more DAP and gangbang experienced studios, but have gather quite good sales and - also important - gather a good forum fellowing. I'd take the forum more seriously as a testing ground of who of the rookies attracts interest and wins users hearts.

Also living apparently in Poland she's easily importable and travel costs will be low. Studio could maybe skip dildo anal or 1on1 anal and go straight to DAP. Her fee will be the Prague going DAP fee, but thats fine really for a pretty low-risk girl. It's better to pay a few 100$ more but be sure the girl can get that DAP scene done within 2-3h.

Oc course complely new girls will be high risk rather, therefore better opt for low fee options! This said fee has always to be fair, girl has to feel she's earning good money, thats crucial!

Just wanna add that we have to be aware that girls fee usually isnt more than 30% of a porn scene shot, rather less in percentage. Thus saving option is there, but mustnt be over-estimated!

You need to pay multiple studs, you need a studio and be it a rented flat only, it has to be at least 1 large room for suitable camera angles, ie. you spend more money than for just a hotel room. You need MU, lighting and camera. This all will easily exceed 3k$ [b]before you even have shot that DP/DAP as you call it.
Now if an inexperienced young beautiful rookie girl runs into trouble performing that DAP me you, she just doenst get payed or payed much much less, but the base costs stay the same. You may try to safe the situation by giving her lots of breaks and also re-lubeing, but if you are soon known for long working hours of 6 or even 9 instead of 3 hours studs will steer away from your studio.
At a budget of 50-65000$ for 24 scenes in 1 year you cant allow even 1 DAP failure! You are also not in a position to release broken up scenes as GIO can because you are too unknown. Every DAP shot you plan and arrange has to work out at least passable!

Speaking about reducing production costs, I always thought that the best and simplest thing for that would be to only hire 2 or 3 male actors per scene, I mean, more male actors does not mean a better scene, on the contrary it can end up being worse. The best thing is to have few male actors but of the highest quality, a clear example of this is one of my favorite DAP scenes of all time, which is:

That scene has everything I look for in classic hardcore porn, a first DAP scene with high quality BWC actors with plenty of experience like Ian Scott and Christian Clay (who for me are among the best 20 male actors in history) and about all big GAPES, for me a scene without great shots of gapes is a bad scene. In that scene there are only 2 male actors but they do their job perfectly. Chimpy, I actually did my investment simulation based on 3 studs only. Only 2 studs is also an option ofc. Main reason ofc was cutting costs since good male actors aren't really cheap anymore either. But as you rightly point out more actors often make a scene worse even. I choose 3 studs to somehow still sort of hit the popular gangbang theme, but not make shooting too complicated.
Many porn fans dont see that the more studs are on set, the more difficult it is to coordinate that scene for director. Of course it works pretty good with same core teams of 5 studs at AGO or GIO, but especially with GIO BBC team you can spot problems when a new BBC import has just arrived.

For this reason I'd aim at same 3 studs ideally for all 12 DAPs planned. But reality will probabely be that teams will vary because not all actors will be free every 2nd month for a 1-week shooting session.

Only downside was a dodgy temperature sensor, so many charlatan garages failed to fix it, sometimes its best to go to the makers garage themselves. Cost me 80 quid which was nothing to the 5 or 6 hundred I'd previously spent on 'magic fixes'. A messed up temperature sensor means you have to wait for ages for your car to start again in wet weather once you've turned the engine off.

Chimpy, I actually did my investment simulation based on 3 studs only. Only 2 studs is also an option ofc. Main reason ofc was cutting costs since good male actors aren't really cheap anymore either. But as you rightly point out more actors often make a scene worse even. I choose 3 studs to somehow still sort of hit the popular gangbang theme, but not make shooting too complicated.
Many porn fans dont see that the more studs are on set, the more difficult it is to coordinate that scene for director. Of course it works pretty good with same core teams of 5 studs at AGO or GIO, but especially with GIO BBC team you can spot problems when a new BBC import has just arrived.

For this reason I'd aim at same 3 studs ideally for all 12 DAPs planned. But reality will probabely be that teams will vary because not all actors will be free every 2nd month for a 1-week shooting session.

One of the underrated expenses could be in developing a solid DAP / gangbang squad. Most of Giorgio's crew have shot DAP for him for years, and most of Angelo's crew were poached from Giorgio. Several of the Gonzo male performers started with Giorgio as well. If you're trying to train up a whole new DAP team by yourself, without the benefit of having been a performer experienced in the act, like Giorgio or Angelo, it could prove difficult. Especially since you only plan to shoot a small number of scenes, by the time your gangbang squad is more seasoned, you might have already blown your budget.

This is the main con against Vi's Haiti proposal I think.
Haiti could work only if we'd import a DAP-capable studs crew of at least 2 studs and train locals from there. That costs a lot of money and time.
