(1) click on User Control Panel
(2) when page loads click on the Friends and Foe tab
(3) when the content changes, click on the Manage For row
(4) when content changes, click on Find a member
(5) when popup appears, enter forum member name in the username text box
(6) click search and below the Members title you should see a filter list with the name entered
(7) click on the check box next to username and click select marked
(8) the previous page should have the username you selected in the Add new foe text box
(9) click on submit
*** that is all you have to do to collapse the post of those annoying members that think they need to write a 1000 word post like this one
