I don't think it is fake, they just drink a lot, so it is basically just water they piss. So it is mostly a mental thing for the girls if they can do it or not.

Piss is filtered directly from the blood, dude. There's always going to be nasty stuff like salts and urea in it.

If you drink a lot and pee often in a short spawn the amount of that stuff are really small and it is basically water.

I cant imagine porn telents wants to have a tube up there pee pipe,i still belive that they just drink a lot of water,i tryed it myself,just for fun of it,and i can say
