What Made the Best of Each Era?

A lot of us have stated our preferences in various ways but I thought it interesting to pinpoint what it is about each period that I liked, perhaps with a view to sparking a productive discussion where we can decipher what we really mean when we talk about one period being better than another.
So here are my thoughts, as someone who likes both periods, as to what did it for me in each period...........
Evilutionplex:
The hype - scenes felt like events a little bit more. Maybe it was the drip-feeding of information, trailers and pictures that teased us a bit more than we see nowadays.
Kid Jamaica and Ed Junior - and a generally strong ethnically sub-saharan african cast but without the ghetto bullshit we have seen at times with the attempted replacements the last year or so.
Milk - I always preferred milk scenes to kreme scenes. Milk enemas seem to give much of what you get with kreme but without assholes and pussies getting obscured. Where has my milk gone?
Pissing scene variety - There used to be way more 2 girl pissing scenes with girls pissing on each other and on themselves. The variety seems to have largely gone now with the pissing scenes much more formulaic, largely consisting of single girl on her knees surrounded by guys pissing in her mouth. Whilst there is nothing wrong in that (it is actually a great arrangement) you look back at the old scenes and you have to say that (largely Timo tbh) introduced so much more variety. I have said it before: the directors/performers could do well to review all the old PMAO scenes, jump through them and maybe pick up a few ideas to mix things up a bit (I'd especially like to see more pissing from piledriver anal, self-pissing in piledriver, other girl pissing in piledriver - where the hell has that disappeared to?).
Photosets - The coloured backgrounds of the sets can be a mixed blessing during the scenes - sometimes they worked better than the starker backdrops today, sometimes not, but in the photosets I think they make for a much more interesting and beautiful product.
Less formulaic Lez/solo openings - I find the openings of the scenes beyond boring nowadays. If I mever see those ridged dildos they squat their assholes down on ever again it will still be too soon. Some of the older scenes seemed a bit more organic in the opening section.
Longer scenes - Longer scenes are not better scenes but some of the scenes deserved to extend over an hour and SP were not afraid to do so.
Three girl scenes - Perhaps the hallmark of the evilutionplex period were the remarkable three girl groups which we seem to see a lot less of now, which is definitely a backward step.
Better scene naming - Coming on the end of the DVD era the scenes adopted consistent series names which I personally found of a lot more value than the 'first thing that comes off the top of the head (and is sometimes wildly inaccurate)' approach that seems to take place now.
Less DP - Is it just me or do we see a whole lot more DP now. Never did much for me DP - sooner see one in the ass and oa clear view of a beautiful pussy!
Legalporno:
Double anal - We seem to get a lot more DAP. How can that not be a good thing?
3 on 1 - Maybe a bit over-reliant on these scenes but they do do them well and we have seem some crazy hard anal fucking in a style we didn't get to see in 2010-2011.
Christian Clay - and a generally strong ethnically northern/mid european cast. What we have lost with the guys we have lost we have picked up some decent performers to replace them imo. Clay especially, he knows how to fuck hard, is always rock hard himself and makes for a great and intense scene, more often than not.
Crouching anal - such as we see brilliantly in the kreme scene with Timea and Henessy with Henessy crouching on Clay (45 mins in to scene 2053 in "old money") is a really awesome position and addition to the repertoire
Pissing jet power - So we have lost a lot of pissing variety and see less 2 girl pissing scenes but what has improved (almost incrementally the last year, in fact) is that the guys seem to have just gotten better at pissing whilst hard! Seem to see a lot more full bore jets now.
The Nacho Vidal experiment - Would he be a good addition or not, much debate anticipated his arrival. Imo he was generally fantastic, mixing things up a bit. He is skilled at what he does and, like Clay, his hard and veiny cock make the anals look that bit more extreme.
Better organisation/ release of scenes - Cannot not bring this up. Sineplex used to be a totally fucking pain in the arse, with scenes previewed to whet your appetite then arriving this week, next week, sometime, never.
Picture quality - Defintely sharper, as you would hope for as technology moves on.
Pricing - if you lived in the UK at one point you were talking £42 for a membership that would buy you about 8 fucking scenes!! (needless to say I never joined at that point) whereas now we have a reasonable pricing structure imo.
And Lastly........Special mentions. Just things that have happened throughout or I'd like to see happen more in the future
A2P as well as A2M - always welcome and fairly consistently this changing site has mixed ass-fucking in with A2M (maybe a bit more determinedly in the evilutionplex days) and A2P
Pussy Licking - However anal obsessed I may be for some reason watching a girl lick out another girl I just find way hotter than the asshole licking and dildoing
The Girls- We have been treated to some awesome chicks over the years, beautiful and great performers. We need to all raise a glass to the girls of Sineplex/Evilutionplex/Legalporno
