Call for an LP mediator-advisory board (possible)

I feel like there are way too many pressing issues with LP (and therefore also PB/AV/PV/Sheer) risen also in this forum jeopardizing consumer loyalty lately.

And I do wonder whether fans could create a mediator-advisory board management would need to hear.

It would have to be a group of 5-10 loyal customers and dedicated forum contributors with a loyalty history for many years. A critical voice having the whole endeavor in mind, not particular interests, but issues like wrong tagging, missing scene numbers etc.

What do others feel?

Btw, by loyal customers and dedicated forum contributors I mean like:
Over 1 year of PB subscription now or in the past
Minimum 500 scenes bought with premium tickets
At least 200 dedicated forum posts with at least some including scene reviews, gifs/screenshots.

Something like that as a minimum thereshold.

What i feel is there are too much problems and the support staff dissapears in the weekends and the support chat doesn't answer, i know that kapwn does what he can but there are a lack of support quite extended

There are some practical issues that it would take a lot of time to solve, one of the most demanded as the tag system, as i remember, is not the job of the studio tag correctly the scenes? I don't think that they going to waste too much time in that, as i remember, i think i'm not wrong, in the past, the user were rewarded with a few tkts if they help to tag?

Other things as the sub branch studios, they said that is not ilegal but is not a good practic for the customers, there are better ways to promote old content.

Things like the support, only Kapwn is available for a whole porn store with customers arround the world, this cannot be in that way, the problems still happening in the weekends when he is resting (as diserves, would be nice if some other person just check the forum in the weekends).

Considering the number of videos and the period of my membership, I would certainly qualify. Also because I used to be relatively constructive and politically correct in the forum for many years. I really did contribute good, objective suggestions and ideas for many years and supported the substantive opinions of others.

The problem that I currently see for my participation is that I have only very rarely renewed my membership and recharged my TKT in the last 1-2 years. My loyalty is almost non-existent, especially this year. I've mainly spent my FreeTKT on old scenes because 90% of the new content is totally uninteresting to me.

I've also often attacked individual users, studio owners and management too harshly and unprofessionally due to my anger at certain situations and conditions. I've become a real asshole. I've broken my principles and I behave completely differently in many situations than I should and ought to.

And the worst thing is that I currently feel like an old grandpa in my mid-30s who has the feeling that he is perhaps too old for this new direction and the new trends that seem to be popular with most people. I'm somehow too old-fashioned and cling to the past far too much. Because of this, I would just be a nagging and conservative old fart who would basically just say how nice it used to be and that everything should be like it used to be, e.g. when there was still legal porn and SOS Sineplex was at its peak. And Gonzo put out videos every day that are now only released every two weeks and won't be released at all in the future because they're shutting down.

So I'm not a good choice.

I assume you are talking about me. I'm still around but count me out. Management has no interest in any thing like this. There is no interest in customer loyalty because Sineplex/Gonzo/LegalPorno/AnalVids know that there are no other sites that do what they do. So there is no place other place to go.

Customer support is nonexistent too.

I'll just stay in the background and ask for a model every once in a while.

I can help if you think that i can apport something useful to the cause but what is your idea? write an statement? and as YumYum said, Do you think the management here would be consider our opinion? I would find it hard to believe that they just give, for a few users, some specials features.

The posts of those "ten posters" get hundereds or thousands views, and more and more people agree with several statements in several threads.
If he users would not care about that, they would not go on the forum and check frequently new threads.

It´s like with politics, you dont need to ask the whole population, but only 100-1000 people to get a bigpicture who is popular or not.

Of course it would be better if we would have a reaction function. Because I´m pretty sure several threads and posts of those "ten posters" would get a lot of likes.

Huge problem is also, that this forum is extremly limited in the userbility at all. If it would be like a social media community, more users would participate.

BUT I dont want to get off-topic. I think we should take the offer of the OP very serious. It would be great if we would have a small group of people who would collect the main pain points and increase the quality and management-awareness. Its worth to try it at least.
