It sounds confusing but we will clearly display the 2 balances.

However, to make up for it,

- All currently pay-only scenes older than 18 months will join the "free scenes" pool and become available for purchase with "free tickets".
So we will have premium videos regularly available for free for members, on top of the current updates (like First Gape non-exclusive).

Does that mean that if a scene cost 4 tickets we have to wait 1 day so we have 4 out of 6 tickets available? If so, wouldn't it make sense that members get enough tickets for 1 scene per day at least? Say 4 tickets or 5 tickets since some scenes cost that much?

Will take some time before the 4 tickets scenes start popping up, unless they price the old scenes differently compared to the paid ticket prices. As most old scenes cost 0.5-1 tickets for non members.

I'm confused by this part. Unless I'm mistaken, all the scenes older than 18 months are already in the "free scene pool" (as well as quite a few that are newer than that). Did you mean scenes older than 12 months? Or did you mean that all scenes newer than 18 months will now be in the pay scene pool, even if they have been previously been in the free scene pool? If so, I don't see how that "makes up" for anything. It just seems like a worse deal, period.

Maybe I'm missing something.

scince to day over the las month 72 scenes were released, and if you use tickets for new scenes worth 4 tickets, than you only get 8 scenes for monthly membership. that's 64 scenes you can't watch. And again if your an old member you already have old scenes so you only want to download new scenes.

The previous month lp release 82 scenes for that month. IN two months lp released 154. That means with the ticket system downloading new scenes you can oly download 16 scenes for these two months, or a bit more if you buy scenes a few months old.

IMO some very wrong about current system. You have to be super rich to be able to see every scene.

I think you are right that to download all new content on this site is, for most people (me included), prohibitively expensive. However, how many of those other sites are giving you 72 scenes per month full of hard anal, double anal, pissing etc etc? My concern is that if LP adopted the payment model of these other sirtes, as you suggest, then it would only be commercially viable if they decreased the number of scenes they make/release and make them cheaper to film (more generic, double anals become anals, no pissing, less kreme, more vag etc etc).
Most of these other sites expect you to sign for a month or two, leech everything and then unsubscribe. They hope that in a years time they have enough new material to entice you for another month or two. So what does that take? Six or seven DAP's, a few top gangbangs etc etc over the course of the year? Probably. What incentive have they got to push the average scene that bit further? None, only the disincentive that it will cost more to film. Here, if they push a film a bit further then that particular scene will sell more and, with luck, recoup the extra outlay. So sure, I agree, it makes it costlier if you attempt to buy every single scene but without this system i guarantee you that 80% of the best scenes they have filmed the last 12 months would not have included as much as they did - it would not make financial sense for them to do so.

Personally speaking, the change i would like to see is that when scenes are converted to 'free', after 18 months, the awful "tramp stamp" watermark is removed or replaced with something more unobtrusive. Now that WOULD be a change worth having.

Yea but your assuming that the conversion rate is better with ticket. System.Your assuming that after someone has spend $35 and downloaded 10 scenes with the tickets. That they are more inclined to automatically buy another 30 tickets to download 10 more scenes. But with the amount of scenes being produced no one is going to spend 100 bucks for only 30 scenes. for why in that time lp produced 210 scenes. DO the maths, for ever 10 to 12 scenes it cost 35 bucks, to watch that many scenes is 35 X 200 which is $7000. who in the right mind has that much to spend on porn.

Lp wouldn't be changing the system if it was so great. I think the most people would buy one month of membership, see that it is so expensive and never buy again. The model would only work if conversion rate was really high and everyone kept buying ticketing.

You either misunderstood what I'm saying, or you don't understand the economics of the situation. With the traditional monthly membership system, you're paying for all the scenes on the site, whether you like them or not. Regardless of whether you choose to download them, the site still makes the same amount of money, so if a particular type of scene (or, in this case, scenes featuring a particular type of girl) is more popular and gets downloaded more, that still doesn't really give the site an incentive to produce more of those scenes (as long as they continue to produce the bare minimum required to get fans of that type of scene to purchase a monthly membership).

But with the ticket-based system, you only pay for those scenes that you like, so the site makes more money off their popular scenes, and less money off the unpopular ones, so they have a direct incentive to produce as many of the popular type of scenes as possible. -----------first off you can just wait 18 months and get the scenes you did not get before free with your membership
for now the scenes they are shooting are expensive cant compare too much to brazzers or you would not even be looking around here. 1 scene is worth 10 scenes on a brazzers site.. IMHO i can enjoy 1 scene for a lot longer than a brazzers scene. usually before i would skip thru 30 and watch 3 over and over ... here i can pay for 10 and its more than enough cause i have to work

This was well said, I know some members are going to hate this but I think LP ticket system is the best way to go if you have enjoy a certain fetish because either other people will enjoy your fetish too and show this by purchasing the scene and making it popular or you will have a drought on your fetish but your tickets never expire so don't have to waste them on something you don't want to watch because your monthly membership will end soon. Unfortunately I've been addicted to porn for a long time now and would leech other sites just because hey I paid for a month and I could download what ever I wanted but never went back to watch it. Now with LP I can say their is a minimum of 1 scenes a week that are instant classics that if they were on DVD would get worn out. Spending tickets on stuff I'm not going to watch is what really annoys me. with the 3month membership if you average scene costs to 3 tickets you get 40 scenes and it cost 50-60 euros depending if you are new or current member. But its true i used more money on here, than other porn sites, but it is more to do with the fact that this site nowadays produces the best anal scenes.
