e-mail notifications

here is a quick suggestion:

Send e-mail notifications each time someone purchases a scene to the user by e-mail.
Serves multiple purposes (simple confirmation, alarms users whos accounts might have been compromised etc.), produces next to no traffic.

give it a +1 if you want it to happen.

yes of course there should be an option for it
