Unlimited streaming and unlimited tickets accounts

The old unlimited streaming and unlimited ticket accounts have all been converted to current only type of membership with extra tickets given for inconvenience.

Naturally those of you who do not like this change can receive a refund. Simply contact support.

Any reasonable mechanism to refill your tickets? I signed up for 3 months and have blown through my tickets already with all your great content. I have 10 tickets left and will probably use them before weeks end.

Working on it, to allow you to recharge at the same rate that you paid your membership tickets, or (probably) even less.

Good to hear because will be down to 8 tickets when I get home tonight but my subscription renews in February!

Personally I'm disappointed at this change, I signed up for Unlimited streaming & Unlimited downloads changing all new scenes to TKT system means a limited number now.If you signed for a service should you not get it? and any change should have come into effect your next subscription time i would have thought.I have being a member for sometime now and feel let down as a customer.Being member on a few other porn sites and never seen a system change on it's customers, it's a shame I love the site scenes but this is not making me want to renew my next one...i was a happy customer and wonder who else is feeling the same way.

^ I disagree with this sentiment because if you want quality fetish stuff I believe you have to pay for it.

I once thought that Brazzers.com was the best online site I have ever been a member of and believe me there have been many (Euro and US) but I started to realize all I wanted to see was women taken to a another level being DP'd and lost total interest in everything else. Brazzers offers the membership type (unlimited streaming and downloads) that you want with a reasonable price but 75-80% of scenes are vaginal only or Lez and I found myself paying the $30/monthly or $120/annually for maybe 15 scenes that included what I wanted to see. Now they do update 3 scenes daily and maybe 1 or 2 on weekends so if your a vaginal only and lez fan your in heaven but the rest of us are very disappointed with (10-15 DP's a year and maybe 2 gangbangs a year). Anyway that is my take on it.

I rationalize it like this I do not I don't expect to pay the same for a Kia as I do for a Ferrari (LP of course) but both are cars. I know your premise is the sudden change in cost but we keep forgetting there was a sudden change in content too. More studios added and great scenes that they had filmed but were sitting in there archives. I could only assume they sat their as they were figuring out how to make a profit and keep getting girls to do this fetish stuff. So now we have a good release schedule and great scenes being released daily. I can only speak for myself but these are scenes that I have been dying to see and I can't speak definitively but I don't think there is another online company doing what they. Although I did not know what Scat was until today disgusting and I hope to unlearn it :mad: .

I agree with you dpconnoisseur1 that there has been an change in quantity of content (quality has been awesome from the start) and this is one of (if not the) best site you'll find around.
But i also have to fully agree with Coolangel - people have prepaid for a service which they do not receive now without prior notice.
From my POV that's a breach of contract or at least not customer friendly at all. You could easily have told everyone about this upcoming change!!

Changing the memberships starting with the next subscription period is absolutely no problem and i fully agree that prices need to be raised (or tickets limited) because of the change in content.

To me it looks like there have been some serious flaws with the initial financial concept that had to be changed, quality should be paid for at an appropriate rate!

I do not encourage such dishonest behaviour as this bait and switch scheme.

1. I will NOT renew.

2. I will contact my credit card company and dispute the charges as services that were not delivered as advertised. This falls under the category as fraud since the conditions were changed without agreement of both parties involved in the contract when the payment was made for services (unlimited) to be rendered. Placing artificial limits after the fact is a material change that can be successfully disputed.

3. I would not use a membership at this site even offered for free since it would encourage such behaviour in the future.

Thank you for NOT responding to my complaint via email using the link you helpfully provided after screwing your customers for "various reasons". I hope my reasoning was clearer than yours.

I am not really sure I entirely understans your complaint. You are talking about 'bait and switch' and contacting your credit card company yet in the original post xxx states you can have a refund if you are not happy with the change in arrangements.
I can u derstand your annoyance with what amounts to a withdrawal of their half of the contract but what more than a refund could you realistically expect?

I used the Customer Support form (http://legalporno.com/support) which will create a ticket on https://gtflix.zendesk.com and immediately got a response.
Now i will receive a refund (just waiting for my bank to carry it out)...

So support worked pretty well for me :)

What happened to my 12 tickets!? Last month you guys sent an email telling us that you gave us 12 free tickets that would NEVER expire. So why have my 12 tickets suddenly disappeared?
