Advanced search feature doesn't work. The categories don't work, plus there is no way to actually browse categories. All you can do is click whats in the box if you mouse over a video, and that doesn't actually show you videos in that category anyway. If I want to find dp videos, searching "double penetration" yields me some of them, but it also gives me videos that don't even have dp. If I want to find more vids with DP, I'm forced to wade through gay/tranny porn that's mixed in with everything else.

Instead of working so incredibly hard on this rube-goldberg downloading system you have, you might want to make sure you have a functioning site first.

edit: also, it appears my tickets were erased after yesterday. What the fuck is this shit? Why make shit this complicated?

I'm having a problem which comes and goes. Quite annoying to replicate. Sometimes I can purchase and download a scene (although it seems all the file names have been stripped from the downloaded files, it just says 1.flv/1.mp4 etc)

Sometimes I get a 'propel error' (see attachment) and kicked back to the main page again. When I go back the file IS there and paid for but I'm sure it's not supposed to do that... So in short, it works but it's buggy!

In the members area it says that I have 979.6 tickets and that my membership is recurring. I did not sign up for a recurring unlimited membership. Have they taken payment from my card without my authorisation or is this just another bug?

Why the fuck can't they just start on a new site from scratch which is created by experts who know how to make something that isn't a piece of shit??

there is a few authentication and some that dont understand that the site makes also temp accounts and so you must log out of this and log in again with your real account-- when you come to the site and dont log in it will create a temp account

any more major issues with the site someone has? i think they fixed almost everything in the support emails

At mypornbox i got the same error if i try to download any purchased scenes:

Any chance to get the Picture sets back? Was pretty nice in old Sineplex site that they had Picture set with scenes too. Altought i think you couldnt downloand them all at once?

When I try to download videos in MyPornBox it says "High-level videos downloads denied. Please, contact support."

I signed today but can't download anything. The site gives 500 error, "internal server error" and it seems to be overloaded. Every video I tried to download stops and it's no resumable. Very bad.
When downloading, speed is less than 200 KB/s per file. Incredible.
