I voted for the 4 girls who are at least 5 years woking on porn sets and have done most DAPs in that time, because DAP is what counts for me. I did that unlike in your previous LP career polls, where I prioritized long LP careers over desired performances and indeed had both Francys and Bridget win my vote.

Now thereshold was 13 DAP per LP career year, which gave Emily Pink her first vote. This prioritization ended bad for Ria Sunn in my personal preference. I'm sad for her, but I got only 4 votes.

Btw, 13 DAP per year is only just about 1 DAP per month, which means a girl living in Prague or Budapest can lead a normal life just by doing DAP only, but she cant make big leaps anymore. Thus most girls take also additional bookings ofc.

Yes, I can understand that...Polly and Emily are great performers, very attractive, and able to lots of extreme sexual things...but they are in their early 20s!

For anything substantial...you need to have had a serious number of years served...I work in a corporate field where 20+ years of relevant experience is considered the normal, minimum standard. Many people in my country work until late 60s or beyond...by that stage that have accrued a 45+ year career.

I remember a long time ago, I was very young...in my mid 20s and had been working a few years already.
I had done stellar work at the corporate company I worked for, and was one of the highest performers...when a promotion came up, I was asked to apply (mainly for the experience)...I interviewed, and pitched the best interview possible with lots of recent research, lots of fancy tech (for that time period). The higher-ups were all very impressed, and told me that I gave the most professional, most organized and best overall interview....HOWEVER, they could not and would not give me any promotion...at least not for another 3+ years...as they said I was still fairly new, and I had not served as long, as many others. If they had given me the promotion at that age, at that time...where else and what else would I have aspired for from the company? It is a good reason why there are no 30 year old American presidents. They kept to their word, and 5.5 years later...they finally gave me the big promotion that I had failed to get previously.

When I got into management, I had a lot of 21-25 year olds who had only been in the company for 2 years or less...and they were already banging on about getting big promotions, more responsibility, and more money, better work titles...my philosophy was the same (and remains the same)...you can have it based on a meritocratic basis, but also with some tenure e.g. at least 3-5 years served before a big promotion comes your way. It is a very fair system, and everyone (well almost), understands and is on board with this.

As such, I am a strong believer that this LPAV Career award should go to either Brittany or Francys...Anna and Veronica are just too young, their best is YET TO COME...

If the semis are going to be confirmed soon, and it will be between Anna, Veronica, Rebel, and Brittany...then I think Francys really deserves a special mention. She has done really well, performs great, looks great, is super sexy, has a great attitude...and her rise from number 8 to number 5 in what is an insanely competitive field is nothing short of monumental.
