I replaced Nicole Black by Kira Thorn because she acts out the anal much better, especially in DAP. I'd also put Stacy Bloom higher in ranking considering her anal fisting and footing skills in taking. Taking assfucking/DAP-ing alone I'd tend to agree with your ranking.
For sure in the results so far Monika Wild is undervalued.
