Misha Cross has only 9 scenes, but she's only Polish and here wasn't other obvious candidate, so she is here.

Meanwhile Polish beauty Misha Cross is using her reputation to hit the top-100 with less than 10 scenes for LP.

I also agree that Cathy Heaven has a higher rating than Freya Dee...you are very much spot on with who the right girl should be with the higher rating. I guess for a lot of porn fans, we all have similar thoughts, tastes and desires!
