How Do We Contact Support?

Hello! I am just curious how we contact support. I have tried using the messenger support, but it doesn't work, nobody ever responds. I've been messaging it for months and no one ever responds to any of my messages. But this is the only support option I can find. When I search for support options, I see other people asking how to contact support, but nobody ever answers their question. Can somebody please help me? I'm paying this website a lot of money, it's sort of ridiculous that I'm not allowed to contact support.
