I'm guessing it's because AnalVids like to split the scenes into wet and dry versions, so if they mixed the action up too much you'd have people who bought dry versions of the scene complaining about missing cumshots. We don't get to see this because of that self-imposed rule of separating the piss content from the non-piss content.

You can't film a pissing moment with cum in it because then you have no way of presenting it in the non-piss version of the scene.
