It is not possible to download paid movies as a subscriber since Sunday 01/01/2023. An error message keeps coming up. Other subscribers have obviously already reported this as well. Why is your support service NOT responding to reports about this? And why don't you fix the problem?

Not sure if you are still experiencing this issue, but its working for me right now.

As long as the media is streaming, there is always a way to download.
