I've never seen forum so lifeless before, I'm sad to say...

The principle thing that interests me is people highlighting good content they've enjoyed, ideally with gifs to make their case .

What would you like to see more of @netzerkaiser? Maybe lead by example...

How about we start by fixing the fucking site? Move all the amateur and gay/trans shit to a new sub site and keep analvids strictly for straight content only. Hire a variety of girls, not just skinny tattooed meth head looking broads. More Asian, Arab, African, etc. Even more diversity with the white girls. Cut out the solo masturbation scenes. Hire new scouts that know where to find beautiful girls willing to do the job (they’re out there). Bring back the different series like Manhandle, Baisined, Master of Puppets, etc so viewers know what to expect when they purchase that scene. For example, I don’t want to see some stupid SJW complaining about face slapping when they buy a Manhandle scene, just as I don’t want someone complaining why no face slapping when they buy a soft scene. Would be good to have like and dislikes on posts. Also more active moderators who comment.

It is also a massive fuck you to the top stars. I barely even go to the forum anymore, I'm not digging 5-6 pages deep, just to go back a day.

When people lose interest in a product, they also lose the need to talk about it.

Yes, the Models forum is a disaster. There's too much garbage to wade through and too many here today gone tomorrow "models"to process. In the old days it felt like you knew every model on the site, now it's just page after page of anonymous names which disappear as soon as they show up.

1. A simple reaction function would reduce the amount of posts.
Also highlight great feedback and increase the attention.
Studios and directors could follow easily the most popular conversations and see the best feedback, maybe change things which are not perfect. I doubt they do that now (maybe some like Giorgio) and I understand that because the forum isn't easy to use.

2. If we could use thumbnails for GIF and IMG the pages would be shorter and more performant.

3. A Comment function would structure answers and comments to specific posts better and reduce space

4. With (3.) a delete of spam/forbidden posts would also remove all the comments, so everything.

All this things are already given in social media and other forums. So why are we still interacting like in the 90s?

For me that would make the forum worse. Gifs in particular are the best parts for me and I'd find it annoying to have to keep opening them as attachments.

I agree with you and others that simple reactions functionality would significantly add to the forum, although I'd like them all to be positive rather than having dislikes/downvotes etc as they never have a positive impact in my experience.

Personally I'd love to see more threads focused on porn era's, be it models, say Czech era 2001-2003, or focused on historic studios, like Sineplex or NRFTA, or GG..

Thats just the train spotter in me I guess.

The forum isn't dead, but other members have already hit on the problem - you have 5 or 6 pages of fly by night models that muddle things up. It used to be easier to look at the stars and potential stars in hardcore scenes easily. It's a clusterfuck now and will continue to be a huge disincentive to post unless that changes.

Did you try the Latin American studios and Latina imports?

Actually you're all wrong, although you're right about the code being WAY WAY dated.... Go to the website of who the forum is "powered" by, and you'll see that they are still actively developing it and it has TONS of features. The reason that nothing will ever happen regarding an upgrade is because that means there HAS to be support staff. They/XXX would never go for that. Just a bare bones functioning stable release that doesn't go "down", also doesn't do ANYTHING really....
