Not sure what or who you are talking about, but there are still about 10-15 Czech rookies each year. Add some remarkable comebacks in 2022 and its not THAT bad.
Ofc its not 2000-5 anymore, but Czech talent pool isn't dried up for sure.

This said ofc EU accession provided for other well-payed income options, I dont deny that.
