Add that he as probably lucky enough to talk with the boss, some other customers may have failed meanwhile. That's a bit of a lottery.

I see, it's rare, I've only seen 3-4 instances of custom scenes or part of scene was custom or included certain things, I wouldn't mind co-financing stuff, but will they actually be able to fulfill their end of the bargain.

Let me give you a few tips.
First of all, explain what you want to watch
Second, give a list of girls where we can pick one or give a specific girl, but it needs to be reasonable.
3rd, offer a reasonable budget.

You DO NOT NEED to pay all the scene, but clearly you need to make the offer interesting.

Seriously, Custom scene is a cool concept, but not with this director. He has no tolerance for non-BM in his scene.

Bet you make friends easily . You could check to see if any other studios have an Order Custom Content button at the top of their Pornbox page though.
