In 7 years with LP I only refunded a couple of scenes.

However for the past 1 year I sent emails to support to refund scenes because of fake creampies and also misrepresentation ie stating anal creampie on a BTS scene with no creampie.

However all these emails were ignored. Please advise

You're buying porn from a porn site, you can't expect great customer service lol... I do sympathize with you about the false advertising of scenes though. Even the bigger studios misrepresent the content in the titles/tags sometimes, you just have to be extra careful.

Companies that make and sell porn are businesses like any other. That said, it's never even occurred to me to ask for a refund on a scene!

I have to agree with Dap here. None of the tags say it is real. There are some gems among the horse shit milk tags, but mostly, it's just bait n switch technique. Here are some examples...

Balls deep = tip fucking, side angle partial penetration.
Deep throat = touching back of the mouth
Piss drinking = spit n spill
Creampie = Fake

Have no fear, as GIO loves creative terminology. Will continue to see new and creative descriptive phrases for the same checklist, cookie cutter action. I do doubt however, we will ever see the use of the words real or fake.

Sometimes a scene will have a blip of a tag and use it to sell the video, I've had this a few times. Nothing can be done about this, as it IS shown, just not in the time we are expecting.

Yes, that's pretty much never used correctly as far as I'm concerned. I go by trailers and sometimes screenshots myself to judge a scene rather than tags.

Yup. Drink piss from ass is a must buy for me. Gio has had a few gems with the glass use. But now the newest trend is to just pour the glass over open mouth, and spit rest out. So I have to watch the trailers more than once. Case and point Emil pink last nite, GIO2175... almost hit the buy till I saw the pour over mouth and spit.

No, me neither. It would be like asking Netflix for a refund cos you didn't like the Stranger Things finale. I mean everyone knows porn producers likes to use creative descriptions to sell more, so you just have to be wise to it. As for being businesses like any other, sure from a legal pov, but it can still be a shady business. My point was that porn sites know you're not gonna do shit if they mess you around, no-one's going to small claims and saying "the porn I bought didn't meet my standards, make them refund me".

I'm not going to take say video games companies to court when they release games with loads of bugs either. With small purchases, what customers always do in practice is respond via future purchasing decisions. If anything this thread has actually highlighted good customer service since some refunds clearly have been given.

I don't personally view this site as 'shady' or frankly I wouldn't be a customer, as I'd hope you wouldn't be either if you thought it was. I also genuinely respect those involved in the adult entertainment industry and it always strikes me as unfair when professionalism is seemingly questioned on general principle rather than evidence.

I know you did but my points stand.

The only time I ever thought about asking for a refund was about 5 years ago for an Anita Bellini scene from the softer Porn World (or whatever it was called then) that was basically simulated rape. Anita acted out saying "no" and struggling to escape the sex throughout the scene. The scene wasn't advertised as such so I was truly disgusted. It should have been as I would never have bought it knowing that. Nothing in the trailer hinted at it.

I can't remember if I asked them for a refund though. I don't think I did. Thankfully it wasn't an expensive scene. I posted something lengthy about the issue on the Porn World forum, which from memory they deleted. A PM offering a refund would have been a nice gesture I think but didn't happen. Never mind.

I do think if a scene is blatantly misrepresented or has a hidden niche/tone not shown in the trailer there should be a mechanism to request a refund but to be fair to LP/AV they provide product of a generally consistent nature and applying certain standards so I can't say it's something that has been problematic to me in the 7 years I've been here.

Wrong. With Netflix I have access to EVERYTHING. I pay DOUBLE to Anal vids and I get 4 scenes a month at 12 tickets - Sean effectively paying approximately $7-10 per scene.

It’s more like if I bought a pay per view documentary that said “100% real aliens” and there was no evidence of it. But the problem is they 1) ignored my emails for the past year 2) Miscategorised eg BTS scenes listed as cream pie to other girls mouth when there isn’t one. Etc etc
