Oh boy, yet another thing NOBODY asked for, yet still waiting on many long awaited & promised features such as proper filter now that the UI is a total cluster-fuck... Especially the Models "profile" page.

That said (I am bitching & grumpy I know). Do appreciate any new features even if the value of said feature escapes me at first....

Also, not so sure that was a good idea, as there are a TON of BIG spenders that ALWAYS be posting 1 of 2or3 repetitive complaints/requests. Now you've given them free reign to flood the inboxes of the producers directly.

I have 4 studios listed, one of them twice. Does that mean that on the other studios I have not spent enough TKT yet?

Yes. And we are looking into the duplicate issue.

I have two questions :
What's the point of this feature as we already have the suggestion system ? Will all studios answer ?

Also I think it's because of not enough purchases but on some studios clicking the icon just give an error message. Would be nice to know how more purchases are needed...

Oh and is it a fixed amount or a percent of the catalogue ?

I have been taking a little look for this new tool.

I understand that this is for make more easy the communication between users and directors to request custome content or tip them, which is a good idea show a easy interface to do it. I cant see other real purpose for the new tool.

I think the purpose of this feature is to enable cam-site like interaction with content creators, i.e. tipping. I don't see the point to be honest. It's pretty much a feature nobody asked for, but someone thought people would throw money at it it so it was developed anyway.

Before this new tool, they added the "Order custom content" option in PB but looks very "poor", a simple form to fill and wait an anwser (was via email? or was a message in PB?), surely, if someone wants do a serious order, the new feature is more comfortable and doesnt need fill a form where you can mistakes in the text or whatever.

If we see how worked the thread of "Order a custome content" on they surely they used to need to be in touch via Twitter or similars.

In my opinion have been developed to simplificate this steps.

In a way that it can be a productive mutual solution to content creators and studios so that we can actually have models, certain acts/scenes, some dirty talk, or positions and camera angles come to fruition? I don't really want to suggest stuff that are impossible or very unlikely to happen, but would like to put some input/suggestion or order custom content that could realistically happen.

I did actually like the old "suggest" tab where you were able to create and vote on suggestions.
Maybe something similar could be done on studio/model level. The studio/model could point out what suggestions they got through the chat or order custom content feature they are interested in doing, and the customers could vote on what they would like to see.

This way there would be more interaction between the content creators and the customers as it would not be hidden away on another website, the content creators could theoretically find out what would sell and the suggestions that are just not realistic are declined quickly.

Btw, but got reproached by 1 studio owner for not sending him a DM.

I nver get messages.

It works for me, but it's pointless. You rarely get response and if you, it's not the production, just someone saying they'll get it to production. Great idea, but as usual, no follow through.

Still doesnt work for me and still nobody addressed my problem to get it somehow running at all. At the same time a famous director already called me out because me and also other heavy users were not using the new feature to ask him about price rise but turned to forum instead. Really awkward situation.

I have 3 studios opened because I supported them with big money in the past, one is the one reproaching me that I didnt contact them directly. But I still cannot send any message!

There is soo much social media today to keep up with that I cannot blame directors for not responding, but then what is the meaning?

If I were a director I would send questions to customers and ask what they would like to see and I would listen for new ideas. Normally qualitative research is expensive. This would be for free.

Xxx sorry if I contact you here but we have problems when we release the scenes I asked the support to help me but nothing has changed... I put out the scene for day 31 but it was published on day 30 today can you be able to change this thing? Sorry if I wrote you here but I think I have some problems

It'd be great if you could direct-message guys here who post, that you feel you trust. Is that possible? It'd certainly save a lot of clutter on the forum. Probably save unwarranted friction too. Any issues could be dealt with in private.

I mean just simple 'hiya, we've interacted countless times, what's your story?' I'm not talking pervy stuff... just basic human interaction... heck I don't even have a smartphone, webcams - I wouldn't have a clue what they were... I didn't in 2003 when I was IT Administrator - I don't now, don't wanna either... I doubt I'm missing much.

Did you ever get anywhere with this and was it ever worth it.

I feel like - if you have been a member for a significant amount of time, there should almost be a private forum area for discussion above the spam - that would be an area more easily curated for directors etc to maybe just cast an eye now and then

Great news but I can't find the messenger

What XXX explained is that you have a "chat option" in PornBox, not in the forum. Simply make login in Pornbox and you will find the icon at the top right as in my attached pic. By default eveyone can talk with the PB support user, if you want make contact with any particular studio, you must spend some TKTs (purchase a few scenes), i'm pretty sure that the necessary quantity is really small, purchasing even 1 scene is possible chat with them.

I'm excited to try out this feature and to be able to communicate privately with content creators and studios.
