How big is the customer base?

It would be interesting to hear xxx share some data.

If not, I will add my speculation.

I guess a scene cost approximately 10k€ to make. At 5€ per sale, at least 2000 need to be sold on average. Most are sold the first month.
At let's say 500 new scenes a month, that is 1M scenes sold per month. It could be wrong but probably in the range 200k-2M scenes per month sold..
If customers have a 120tkt subscription, they can buy 20 scenes per month. That is 50 000 customers to buy 1M scenes.
I could be wrong but there is probably between 10 000-100 000 subscribing customers here.
At the forum we are maybe 100 regular contributors, i.e. we are less than 1% of the customer base.
Something to consider.

Yes, but we are the tip of the iceberg.
And you can easily check and feel that they listen to us. Even if we would sure all like they listened more. But they still actually do! :)

Yes, I think if we have meaningful things to say, express them with clarity and there is a business justification, we can have influence.

I have worked with, among many things, marketing. You look at qualitative and quantitative data.
Qualitative input gives you ideas what to test. Tests gives the numbers that matters.

Content creators fly blind. They throw things out and hope they will sell. Sometimes they may think they have found the perfect formula just to find a sudden drop in sales with no warning. Input from us can help clarify what was good or bad. Repeating appraised features will tell if we were representative of the customer base or an outlier.

They will not make a gallup among all the customers, but I think customer feedback could be improved.

Today there is an assumption that the pre-purchase info (trailer, content description, gallery and talent info) is sufficient for us to make an informed decision so what sells is regarded as the truth.

However we could be pleasantly surprised or disappointed of a purchase. We may also not purchase certain scenes that we actually would have enjoyed.

Why not provide the opportunity to give a rating? That could also be helpful when I want to sort my scenes either by my own scores or the community scores.
Also before purchase I might look for slim redheads doing prolapse and hopefully get many hits, then to rank them in popularity would be valuable.
