Unfortunately there are no filters that filter out gay/trans stuff by default. Gay/trans is a niche interest that is offensive to a vast majority of people and thus someone who wants to view it should have to opt-in and enable gay/trans stuff. The way those free porn sites do by having a basically separate website or an opt in button to enable gay content.
