I would expect, for the most part, yes. I think any porn producer would be aware that if a girl was heavily intoxicated, they always run the risk they may turn round at a later date and claim they didn't give informed consent to do the scene, as they were drunk at the time. It's too big a risk to take.

There are pre and exit interview for that plus a signed paperwork. Some companies even record the signature.

Yes they are sober, but I would enjoy to see a scene where the girl is not, they can even do a roleplay and get her drunk for real, with consent of course, and then fuck the shit out of her ass as she is almost passing out, it would be hot indeed.
