Just wanted to say I had some issues lately with wrong scenes bought and also formerly dry/wet versions mixup and I always got uncomplicated fast replacement by the support team!

Such great service makes me stay - even if at some days like today I dont really like the content offered... I can wait for tomorrows product offers, I can go back to yesterday's offers, I gladly go shopping with such a support when sth goes wrong again.

Btw, dry/wet mixup problems were luckily solved systematically by just pricing wet versions with tkt difference. So that customers can easily upgrade for wet if they feel like.
Upgrade to dry was always included in wet price anyway.

But still mix-ups happen while shopping.
These are solved effectively & quickly, I really appreciate that! And I hope other users have same feelings like I have that pornbox support is really support and not a dead end line like with many other porn providers.
