I think it's because they get their names from the manager, producer or director suggestion, who's usually from those countries (CZ, Russia, etc). Back in the days we had a lot of Eastern Europe girls with Italian names, they all were working for the Italian market, or the European girls going to USA, they all got American names, so... if you have a Latin girl working in CZ, most probably her name is gonna be czech.

If producers choose those names is because they are related to people that are generally hot.

When someone tells me of a girl named Natasha or Petrova I'm already thinking of someone I want to fuck even if I haven't seen her yet.
