It's a long, wide ranging interview covering a lot of Briana's life. When discussing her Max Hardcore shoot, though, she got very angry, even though the events were from many years earlier. Briana continues to wish him every possible misfortune on Max as retribution for what he supposedly did to her. Frankly, from her story, I don't think Briana has any legitimate complaint. She readily admits that everything was completely VOLUNTARY on her part. She admits that she was stone cold sober throughout. She admits that she did it because she really wanted the money. The shoot paid $10,000.00 for 8 hours' work, WAY above industry standard, and that was over 20 years ago. Briana also admits that she could have ended the shoot at any time but chose NOT to because she didn't want to forgo her $10,000.00 payday. Ok, she didn't enjoy it. She felt degraded. Max made her feel bad about herself. I can understand all that, but I think Briana's anger is misplaced.
She's angry at Max, but she should really be angry at HERSELF. Her big problem, evidently, is that she found her experience with Max to be degrading and it made her feel bad about herself. It made her feel ashamed. Excuse me, but what did she expect? She was being paid all that money for a REASON. That reason was to compensate her for the discomfort and public shame associated with the acts she VOLUNTARILY agreed to perform. The money was also designed to overcome her disinclination to put herself on public display in such a degrading, humiliating way, and it was obviously successful! Despite all her revulsion, she CONTINUED the shoot! That says it all. Under certain circumstances, shooting porn can be made to look/feel "glamorous," concealing the true nature of the activity. With Max, all pretense is stripped away, leaving only the raw truth. Briana was forced to confront the fact that she was a WHORE and a filthy FUCK PIG who would willingly let herself be subjected to any kind of degradation and sexual defilement if paid enough money.
